Dread

The project will consist of a Main Zine (physical) and a Supplemental Zine (digital).

The main zine, Dread, will include softer horror themes, such as: the Castle of Lions being haunted, Shiro is the monster going bump in the night, and other more "suggestive" sorts of horror.

The supplemental zine, Malice, will include explicit horror themes that fall into AO3 Archive warning territory (explicit/graphic violence, major character death, etc.)


Compensation: Contributors will be given their choice of bundle as compensation. The remaining profits will be divided among contributors.

Will Dread be a physical or PDF zine?
Physical! Thanks to the results of our interest check and our Finance/Production Mod, Jess, we're pleased to announce that Sheith can (and will!) haunt your bookshelves and end tables.

Who can contribute?
We encourage anyone to apply, but you must be 18+ at the time of your application. Anyone found to be underage at the time of application will be dismissed and banned from the project.

What sort of content is allowed?
As this is a horror zine, triggering/squicky content is expected and will be warned for on the page index at the beginning of the zine. That said, the only hard and fast rules (at this time - subject to change) are that any Prekerb Keith depictions must have him at age 16+, there will be no sexual assault/rape, and no incest.

Will AU content be allowed?
Yes. Encouraged, even! While there's plenty of opportunity in canon, there's worlds of opportunity elsewhere, and if that's where your creativity takes you, then have at it.

What about other ships/characters?
Other ships and characters are allowed, but the focus of the piece must be on Sheith (whether platonic or romantic is up to you).
